ORDERING PROCEDURE

When you find an item of interest, click on the BUY option. A window will appear informing you that the item has been added to you shopping cart. You may continue buying other items in the page by clicking on the ADD PRODUCTS option and carrying out the previous operation.

You may always change the quantity of items selected by writing the correct number in the QUANTITY box. Don't forget to click on RECALCULATE to save any changes.

If you want to cancel the purchase of an item, just uncheck the box next to the product code. Don't forget to click on RECALCULATE to save any changes.

When you have finally selected the items you wish to buy, select the place of shipment by checking the most appropriate destination. At this time, you will be informed of the payment form and the transport method corresponding to each area. Then click on CHECKOUT.

IMPORTANT: before completing your order, please make sure you have included in your shopping cart all of the items you wish to buy. Once you have concluded your order, you will not be allowed to add more items to your shopping cart. If you wish to add another item, you will have to carry out the entire process again.

Fill out the form with all of your data and mark the payment method preferred depending on your destination. Don't forget to fill out all obligatory fields marked with an asterisk or your purchase will not be completed. Remember to fill out correctly the telephone field since this piece of information is required by the transport agency.

When you have completed the form, click the CONFIRM ORDER button. A summary will appear with your data (CUSTOMER DATA) and the order information (ORDER DATA). At the end of the page, you will see a message informing that the operation has been carried out successfully. At the same time, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided.
Orders are handled daily. Prior to the shipment, we will contact you by telephone to verify that the data provided is correct. In the event a problem arises or an item is unavailable, we will inform you at this time and we will indicate when it will be available for purchase.

RETURNS

According to the regulation in effect, you are entitled to return any item in a maximum period of 7 days from the date of reception, provided it is in the original packaging and the product has not been used. In the event of a return due to a change of mind, the transport expenses will be paid by the customer.

If you want to cancel an order, you may do so provided we have not proceeded with the shipment. If the order has already been processed, you must wait to receive it and then proceed to carry out the return according to the aforementioned conditions.

COD (Cash on delivery): The total shipment amount is paid when you receive the package.

CREDIT CARD: We recommend this payment method because of its speed.
If you wish to pay using a credit card, specify this by marking the appropriate box prior to completing your order.

Once the order is completed, you may choose one of the following credit cards: VISA, VISA ELECTRON, and MASTERCARD. To proceed with the transaction, click on the PAYPAL box.

A window will appear with your order number and the total purchase amount, including the shipping. If you do not have a PAYPAL account, click on the word CONTINUE. At this time, a window will appear where you must fill out all of the billing information and credit card information. When you have completed all fields, click on CONTINUE CHECKOUT. If the information is incorrect or incomplete, a notification will appear. If the information has been entered correctly, you will be allowed to conclude your purchase. You will receive an email from PAYPAL at the email address facilitated with your payment confirmation. In addition, you will receive an email from C.D. Products indicating that the operation has been carried out successfully.

When PayPal is used, your financial information is never shared with the seller. Once the payment is completed, you will receive the receipt of the transaction by email. Note regarding shipping:
The delivery periods indicated are approximations and they refer to the time since the order is confirmed. If the order is paid with credit card or PAYPAL, the period will refer to the time when the payment is carried out. They are computed taking into account work days, Monday through Friday. Deliveries are not carried out on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS

If any item requested is not available, we will immediately inform you of when it will be available for purchase. You may accept the delay or cancel the order.
